Indigo Grace is a sanctuary for movement, yoga, celebrations, ceremony, community, and the home of 9D breathwork. This trauma-informed, judgment-free space honors consent, choice, and nervous system regulation. Whether you’re joining a sober community event or a plant-supported ceremony, we hold a compassionate container for authentic connection and transformation.
