One dropper full = 20 drops, 36mg or 1ml. Each Bottle contains 30ml. We generally recommend starting slow and working your way up. Start out with 1 drop twice daily (1.8mg), and work your way up to half dropper (18mg) twice daily which = 36mg daily or until you find the right dose for you. You may find that a different dose works best. Everyone is different.
