One dropper full = 20 drops, 33mg or 1ml. Each bottle contains 30ml. We generally recommend starting slow and working your way up. Start out with 1 drop twice daily (1.6mg), and work your way up to half dropper (16.5mg) twice daily which = 33mg daily or until you find the right dose for you. You may find that a different dose works best. Everyone is different.
